  As the Operations Officer, I was in charge of coordinating all deployments and exercises of units, as well as liaising with other public agencies such as the police and the tax authorities.Additionally, I also served as the Duty Officer, where I was responsible for managing and resolving crisis situations in real-time. This involved dealing with a wide range of emergencies and operations, requiring quick decision-making and effective communication with my team and external partners • Navigational Officer: Navigational planning and sailing in remote Arctic waters.• Educational Officer for cadets, which include coaching and development. • Leader of the communication area: Day to day management, creating education plans & staff development interviews. • Duty Officer: In charge of coordinating search and rescue and evacuation in Greenlandic waters, in close cooperation with the police and other outside authorities.• The jobs demand that you are able to multitask, and keep your head cool in critical situations.
