  In my role as a Finance Officer, I was responsible for Vendor Maintenance and inputting & maintaining suppliers in procurement software. Vendor-Maintenance has a direct impact on several FBS departments, including AP, AR and Purchasing; requiring Vendors to be set-up in order to complete Purchase or Payment requests. This role involved data entry, liaising with suppliers and internal clients to ensure that the details input are current & correct. Due to the sensitive nature of this role, I was subject to weekly audits to ensure that we had all of the necessary paperwork to meet legislative & taxation requirements. I handle our Graphic design, creating all of our party themes & wine labels with the help of some amazing digital artists. Our team prints, cuts, packs & ships all of our own products in our home-based studio office. I also manage our Blog, 'Parties by Katie J' providing diy tips & helpful advice on throwing a party.
