I contributed to the development of training materials and user-friendly resource tools for use by the Behavioral and Social Science Volunteers, CBO's, Health Departments and HIV prevention professionals at large.       While interning at CAPC, I interviewed caregivers of children who were referred to outside mental health services to assess rate of follow-through. I attended weekly central intake meeting to identify patients referred to outside mental health services and identified community mental health service providers most appropriate for child victims of maltreatment. I developed a system for follow-up and assessment to be used by the clinic going forward.

      As a Senior Research Associate with the Early Childhood Innovation Network (ECIN), I provide leadership and research support services for the day-to-day operations of the funded projects, including serving as the primary liaison to the funders and other project partners. Under the guidance of the Director of Research and Innovation, I lead implementation of selected projects and oversee research activities. I disseminate findings through writing peer-reviewed articles, refereed conference presentations, and community forums. In addition, I contribute to and oversee the development of translational products to convey complex findings into content that consumers and stakeholders can understand. As a member of the research team, I participate in the conceptualization, development, and execution of grants and proposals. I am responsible for providing supervision to other project staff and student interns (undergraduate and graduate level). Show less As the Project Manager of the evaluation of Sesame Street’s “See Amazing in All Children Initiative” I managed all aspects of the general population component of the evaluation including: measure development, tracking enrollment of subjects, communicating with the subcontractor, developing on-line survey forms, overseeing data management, and assisting with quantitative and qualitative analyses. Additionally, I was responsible for coordinating weekly team meeting and providing updates to the funder. As the Project Coordinator of the Evaluation of Mental Health First Aid USA Training, I coordinated and managed a longitudinal study examining the impact of the Adult and Youth Mental Health First Aid USA Training course.
