  My responsibilities as a Cheese Monger include: assisting customers with selecting cheeses, cutting and wrapping bulk cheeses to ensure that all cheeses have cut pieces available, maintaining the olive bar as well as the refrigerated cases, and tracking the sell-by dates and taking action to make sure all product is sold before the sell by date.
