  As business owner and managing director, I am responsible for managing, reviewing, and adjusting the company budgets, goals, and objectives.Project name: Upgrade of the Milkwood Village shopping centre in Wilderness, South AfricaProject value: NZ$2.1million• Major renovation and extension of Urban Jungle Interiors showrooms, included all masonry work, roofing, and a complete fitout.• Major alterations to two of the buildings at Milkwood Village to convert a number of adjacent shops to create two large open spaces to accommodate a Spar grocery store and a Thai restaurant.
