In the 2018 internal survey my team collectively voted a score of 97% Engagement and 96% Enablement, with 100% of the team being "Most Effective" in their roles. i.e., having the skills, facilities and direction needed to be effective in the delivery of their respective responsibilities.- Awarded "Team of the Year" in 2019 on behalf of the Technical Development team (the first time the team have been awarded this accolade, against some fierce competition).
