Monitored competitor's rate/form filings and made recommendations to CEO on market price positioning as well as recommendations on underwriting issues. Acted as conduit to all internal departments from agents in problem resolution. Took lead roll in depopulation solicitations during market efforts where all staff were concentrated on a given area.
