  As Webmaster for International Debat(ID), I took part in all aspects of the organization; from managing events, big and small, guiding and managing volunteers, creating organizational changes and much more. More specifically attained to my post as webmaster I focused on three projects; First the development of a new homepage for the organization, in collaboration with the Web-Bureau "Krogstrup og Hede" - http://www.international-debat.dk/. Second the creation of a new social-media strategy and platform – which topped with a facebook reach on 140.000, without spending money on online advertising. Third the implementation of the project management tool Podio, which now is the main work platform for ID.   My primary area of responsibility was the administration of the student mobility programme Erasmus+. I administrated the full process regarding Erasmus+ grant applications from PH Metropols students, from their initial application to the final payment of the last part of their grant. The main tasks were to ensure compliance between the students application/stay with the Erasmus+ programme regulations. This task also included guidance of their local mobility councilors on the EU regulation on the area. Erasmus+ was introduced during my employment, why I also managed the implementation and creation of a large amount of new procedures and documents.In connection to my studies, I carried out a mostly quantitative study of the student mobility at PH Metropol which has been used in further development of the area on several occasions.
