  Brought the ethos of Continuous Improvement to a range of OD, Cultural, and Leadership and Management programmes at SCC, a large and hugely diverse organisation organised into six distinct Directorates. I delivered and improved the following programmes : Management Essentials, Managing in an Agile Organisation, and Foundation Coaching Skills. I also co-developed modules such as 'Commercial Skills for Leaders' and worked with colleagues to introduce the Council's four campaigning Leadership 'asks' : Build Trust, Lead with Purpose, Coach your Team and Be Inclusive. During this hugely enjoyable time with SCC I was also a Wellbeing Champion, worked with Surrey Minority Ethnic Forum, and ran a series of highly interactive creative slots at SCC's Innovation Hub.
