  In my current position, I help to strategically develop networks for max uptime and resilience to ensure productivity and availability. Closely working with a network director and engineers to provide IT solutions that solve company-wide needs and goals. I provide assistance from the network core to the end user.Most days I dive into tasks that range from database performance issues to VDI maintenance and troubleshooting. I also spend time creating and maintaining users, mailboxes, calendar and shared objects in 0365 as well as troubleshoot mail sync and performance issues. Using a variety of applications such as Netbrain,Cisco UCS,Prime,CUCM,ASDM, EMC Unisphere, O365,SQL and VMware, I am asked to assist with storage, virtualization, network configuration and device replacement, documentation, and updates. I was assigned to assist in designing a DR/BC plan that will lower RTO to seconds. This includes a storage refresh and redesign, as well as implementation of hypervisor automation to assist with vm replication to DR. When I have some available time I enjoy working with DAAS using VMware Horizon View for RDSH or Linked clone user environments.
