      Fine+Rare is today recognised and respected as one of the largest and most successful international fine wine traders.Instrumental in driving the company to grow from a £14m turnover in 2005 to £54m in 2015.This was achieved through a number of initiatives, firstly by stabilising a young and inexperienced sales team and then by recruiting, training and developing all sales staff over an extended period.Identified and nurtured sales managers to oversee individual sales desks.Oversaw all sales aspects of the London office including both trade and private client teams.Created the Hong Kong and Singapore offices which allowed the business to better penetrate these markets.Established good practise and created a culture that allowed the sales team to work in harmony with all aspects of the business.Managed and developed a significant domestic and international personal sales book which consisted of both trade and private clients.
