  The Cross-Campus Capstone Classroom (C4) program brings together students from across all Faculties at York University, connecting them with community and industry experts to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams on real-world challenges to create meaningful social impact. In this unique learning space, and in collaboration with the program’s academic leadership team, I am responsible for the planning, delivery, and strategic development of the C4 program. Key areas of responsibility include using advanced project management tools to guide program implementation, oversee and grow program enrolments, drive program communications, build relationships with university-wide and external partners, develop program agreements, manage budgets, and direct university capstone day events. Show less As part of the strategic enrolment management team, I managed the planning, forecasting, and monitoring of enrolments for all undergraduate and graduate programs within the Faculty of Liberal Arts & Professional Studies. I measured enrolment metrics for senior academic and administrative leaders across the Faculty to support course planning and decision-making, and I supervised staff responsible for enrolment reporting. Additionally, I oversaw and provided academic scheduling guidance for the 20 schools and departments within the Faculty. I provided developmental academic advising by fostering student engagement in goal setting, decision-making, planning, and problem solving with respect to charting academic pathways. I also interpreted and applied academic legislation as it related to student records.
