  Thermal Simulation for the automotive lightning parts for the Cars, heavy trucks for the OEM like Hyundai, Kia, General motors, Fiat and BMW. Steady start and Transient Simulation for all the advanced lamps using the principles of heat transfer phenomenon with the ANSYS Fluent. Set up the Automotive thermal Analysis process for the BMW including pre Processing, Solving and the Post processing based on OEM specification and conditions. Calculated the heat transfer ratio for the Light Emitting Diode (LED’s) like OSRAM, LUMILED, SAMSUNG, SEOUL & NICHIA which optimise the thermal analysis process. Demonstrated the basic condensation analysis process for the automotive lightning parts using the ANSYS Fluent. Modelling the Automotive lamps, Rotary E shift & automotive mirrors for the Thermal, Water flow & Aerodynamics Simulation respectively by using the hyper mesh & fluent 3D mesh. Basic Water flow analysis for the Rotary E Shift by using the Multiphase Simulation. Show less
