      I was in the initial intake of staffing for the brand new Federal Express home delivery network. I was quickly promoted to managing the north west site. This site became the largest and most productive delivery unit in the country. I was instrumental in creating the network of delivery plans for the new start of contract. I was in the implementataion team to be the one of the first logistics companies to gain the ISO acreditaiton for managment process.My core role was managing a fleet of home delivery drivers and vehicles across the Northwest of England plus managing a night trunk operation.
