  My position as a team leader/mentor for a crew of 4-6 high school students ages 16-19. Together we worked along with a daily partnership with the City of Lansing. My responsibility was ensure quality completion of daily task provided by both the City of Lansing and MDOT (Landscaping, house reinventing, using power tools, and following traveling directions).
