  Finding an Assistant is hard. Being an Assistant is hard. Why? Because Executives are rarely, if ever, formally taught how to hire, train, or prosper from an Assistant, at any level in their careers. Assistants are rarely, if ever, formally taught how to do this amorphous job, but also quickly adapt to a new Executive’s entire workflow, ensuring success on both sides.And that's where I come in. I specialize in the relationship between an Executive and their Assistant.
