  As an assistant manager at Hindalco Industries Limited, I have worked in multiple departments, each having different key responsibilities.1. Ekayan Oracle One ERP – Master data management, helped in creating master asset data and maintenance data for all Aluminium smelter business stream plants assigned spread across India. Provided support to the group data analytics technical team in developing an automation system for data review, conversion process, and tested the developed system with realistic scenarios significantly reducing manual work. Conducted knowledge transfer sessions with plant users on how to provide data in pre-defined Oracle data templates for master data collection to ensure that the quality of data in a standard form is maintained. Participated and contributed to design meetings, System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).2. Electrical Maintenance Department – While working as the in-charge of electrical maintenance in certain areas of Rectifier station-2 and electrical distribution, I made safety my top priority, as I led the scheduling and execution of preventive maintenance and quick response breakdown maintenance of electrical machines, panels, switchyard equipment and transformers in my area and for this, I conducted safety meetings with my team for discussing, identifying, analysing, and minimizing hazards before each job, and I implemented techniques such as lock out tag out to reduce the risk further. These practices led to zero accidents, zero incidents and savings of more than ₹10 lakhs under my supervision and increased the overall equipment effectiveness OEE to 98.87%. I also enhanced the Kaizen culture by forming a Kaizen team comprising of members from foremen to junior engineers in my area and conducted regular weekly meetings to set weekly targets for implementing Kaizen. While being chaired by me, the Kaizen team also implemented 5S. Show less
