  for European customers (outside the German speaking customers) I was confronted with the daily customer questions. My task included answering with the most optimal solution, in line with the customer specifications, the product specifications, the regional product mix, . A second part of my duties included the technical support in sales bids for projects and special applications. Calculations were done through manual calculations, corporate software and self-written tools (mainly in Visual Basic and macro's in MS Excel).Based on customer questions and comments analysis, I formulated proposals towards documentation and product management.
