  Kort Opleidings Initiatief (KOI): a 2-week intensive workshop consisting of 20 participants from 14 countries with different professional backgrounds. - Gave a lecture on the impact of various processing steps on the flavor of cocoa/chocolate. - Conducted and supervised a practical session on roasting of cocoa beans. - Together with a team of 5, we handled both practical and administrative issues relating to the general organization, collaboration with guest speakers/companies and the general welfare of the participants.
