  •Team leader, managed multiple projects simultaneously along with the support of team members from MSIL and representatives from the supplier end.• Project In-charge of new “Celerio.” The project was particularly challenging because of the onset of COVID during the development and most of the tasks required physical presence. Coordinated closely with different stakeholders such as supply chain, quality assurance, and representatives from India, Japan, and toolmaker in Taiwan to ensure that all the set deadlines were met timely.• Vendor Development: Used tools such as DFMEA(Design failure mode and effect analysis) and design check sheets at the vendor end to reduce issues encountered during development by identifying potential concerns early in the design stage. Developed design checking procedures and check sheets for vendors to ensure that issues are not repeated in future products. No major design issue was reported in any of the 5 components newly designed in the last project.• Developed a cost-effective component of the lighting system(headlamp leveling system) and standardized it to use in multiple projects with minor adjustments. Show less •Managed the complete development of the lighting and audible warning system for Swift and Swift Dzire. • Provide creative and simple-to-implement solutions to complex challenges encountered during the design and development process. Provided one such solution for such a problem and filed a patent for it, "A new HMSL Design for PCB ESD Protection" (201711026596).”• Project In-charge for car “SPresso,” was responsible for idea generation, costing, schedule management, and souring of vendors for the lamps. Designed lighting system within extremely stringent cost targets and delivered the project within the timeline. The project was critical as it was only the second car for MSIL for which the entire design activity was conducted at MSIL R&D without the involvement of the parent Suzuki R&D team.•Additionally, I also created an exhaustive database of all the important parameters of different lamps of MSIL models as well as that of competitiors.
