It was my job to lease up the new building, leasing to over 80% occupancy in the first nine months. The majority of my time was spent working on behalf of AT&T, but I have also done leasing for T-Mobile as well. Diligent notation of the leasing process is a must, and I take copious notes, to track all of our sites for our clients.
