I am very pleased to say that I had a closing ratio of 47%, which I attribute to my high regard for giving an exceptional level of customer service, and taking the time to give every prospective resident a unique, and memorable experience. My talent for consistently demonstrating a high level of customer service allows me to build strong working relationships with those around me. As a leasing consultant, I also kept our occupancy above 96% for the final 6 months of my tenure. I was exclusively responsible for the promotion of our property. I managed several advertising sites, almost exclusively on-line, so that our community had the highest quality marketing window available. It was my job to lease up the new building, leasing to over 80% occupancy in the first nine months. I was also responsible for the oversight of a seven unit commercial property in Kirkland during the same period. My position at Urban WORKlofts incorporates every aspect of Property Management, from Leasing Units, to Marketing, to generating our weekly reports, corresponding with our corporate office, handling any and all Tenant issues, and ensuring that the property is consistently well maintained. During my time here at Urban WORKlofts, I have taken our property from 91% occupancy to 100% Occupancy.
