  Responsible for the commissioning and startup of a revamp project to add an NBR reactor line to the existing facilities. The project includes major utility and off sites upgrades to support the enhanced NBR latex production facility. Overall management responsibility for precommissioning, mechanical completion approval, cold and hot commissioning through to product validation and handover to the operations team.
