Generating over $80,000,000 in total sales (list provided upon request). • As the general contractor, managed all construction including budgets, and schedules. Created new systems, insuring a home’s completion in 90 working days. Conducted inspections throughout the project and assured regulations and code compliance. Communicated with employees through weekly and monthly meetings including partners, our controller, and superintendents.• Provided design input, project management and administrative services. Managed a team of 22 full time employees along with 30 to 40 subcontractors. Coordinated and assembled employee procedure manual. Hired and managed engineers, attorneys, and architects. • Designed, reviewed and value engineered all plans. Prepared budgets establishing land development, building, and entitlement costs. Responsible for successful designs, plan checking and permits guaranteeing that our design is executed in accordance with project plans and specifications.• Prepared and presented potential projects to investors, city and neighborhood councils, and design review boards. Networked with local councilmen and women on all projects.• Project close out, I coordinated and assembled a quality control department.
