I specialize in Petroleum, EV Charging, QSR, and LED Lighting equipment with sales, project management, and compliance.Oversaw Nwestco's Boise Division (Southern Idaho, Eastern Oregon, and Northern Nevada) with an Assistant Branch Manager from March 2021 until Jan 2024. Turned the division around by re-organizing the branch, focusing on strategic targets, and working to change the culture. The branch posted year-over-year record numbers and more than tripled Net Margin for the branch.As a Branch Manager I focus on creating a Macromanagement environment to achieve long term team members and long term results.
