  - Worked as a marker for several undergraduate courses (including Linear Algebra, Applied Linear Algebra, Applied Calculus, Mathematics for Life and Social Sciences) and held office hours to help students. Marked questions related to Linear Algebra, Calculus, Probability and Statistics. Each course had nearly 200 students.- Gave a few lectures for Applied Linear Algebra. The class consisted of over 100 undergraduate students.

  Using machine learning to predict the emotions being expressed by an individual in an image. Collaborating with a machine learning engineer at Chillwall AI. Used a Haar classifier to identify 68 points of interest in each image. Points of interest are used to define features. The features are then fed into a few neural networks, support vector machine classifiers and a number of other classification algorithms.

  - Created data pipelines using Google Dataflow which read in data from various sources (including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Azure Synapse Analytics Dedicated SQL Pool) and loads the data into Google BigQuery- Created transformation pipelines using DBT and set up DBT scheduled pipelines that run automatically on a regular cadence.- Helped design dimensional models for the tables in the enterprise data warehouse (EDW) and created DBT models for some of the models.- Created connected sheets for some of the tables in the BigQuery so that teams in other departments (which are more comfortable using Google sheets and excel files) can use the data that is stored in BigQuery.- Helped maintain and at times modified Apache Spark ETL pipelines that were created for Azure Synapse Analytics. These pipelines read in data form Azure Blob Storage, transform the data, and then save the resulting data in Dedicated SQL Pool tables. Show less
