  As can be guessed, implementing a SAP LE-TRA solution for Chemtura is an immensely challenging task but I can proudly state that I have helped them achieve all their objectives and meet all their targets. • Implemented a SAP SD & LE solution to improve critical supply-chain processes across their global operations.• Proposed and Implemented SAP R/3 LE-TRA Transportation solution for Road, Air & Sea shipments. Task involved collaborating with ABAP, B2B and third-party FF teams for building ChemXML / EDI maps, enhancements to capture additional electronic data. While initially it was for the US operations, it was subsequently rolled-out to EU & Australian operations. • End-to-end implementation of a SAP ECC 6.0 solution including migrating from a legacy system. • As a result of implementing the above SAP LE-TRA solution, Chemtura managers were able to a) capture individual delivery costs at each profit-center b) Evaluate and optimize carrier rates by Origin-Destination pair and c) budget freight costs more realistically.• Knowledge-transfers and training at the end of the cycle of implementation.
