This increased my troubleshooting and multitasking skills, as well as ability to adopt to any environment.• Gained ability to read and understand the error logs. This skill allowed to narrow the troubleshooting field and solve any issue much faster without wasting customers' and my own time.• Worked with several tasks management platforms such as SharePoint and Asana. It improved company's workflow and helped to bond several departments together to apply possible fixes to our software and environment much faster.• Designed internal database for the client cases' registration and management. It increased overall performance of entire technical support department and allowed to manage these cases much easier and faster. This helped to improve the understanding of the people with different accents and personalities. Moreover, I gained ability to identify the mood of the customer and apply appropriate communication style.• Managed various IT projects. Communicated with departments such as Marketing, Development, QA, Technical Support, Sales to achieve best results. These projects increased company's sales and improved workflow within technical support department.• Got UX-UI investigation, web designing, logo and other graphical elements' creation tasks.
