I learned a lot working at Firehouse, but the most import, in my opinion, was time management and how to work in group productively.

  Assist customers with creating, editing and managing Wordpress sites with different themes and plugins. Provide support with the setup of many different plugins and page builders. Research and apply outside plug-ins and resources to help improve the customer's website. In my current poistion I work with 10 - 15 clients at a time to build them a stunning and functional website that would help them expand their online presence to reach their clients in need. Handling each clients needs take great time mangment skills and excellent clear communication. Use problem-solving and effective communication skills to help troubleshoot problems with customers' websites or hosting environments. Communicating with small business owners to help them become successful online.
