  The Office of Global Engagement is NC State’s gateway to the world, overseeing global research, education and partnership efforts that tackle the grand challenges of our interconnected society. As the umbrella organization for all of NC State’s internationalization efforts, the Office of Global Engagement strives to bring global perspectives and insights home to Raleigh — and to export NC State’s solution-driven research all over the planet. We provide NC State faculty, staff and students with the international knowledge, cultural understanding, skills and experience they need to succeed in the global economy. We serve as the university’s center for global engagement, supplying resources and expertise to all who need them. And we collaborate with other units on campus and our international partners to create research, scholarship and economic development that address the challenges facing our world. As the Business Operations Manager I work with and oversee the business efforts (Human Resources and Financials) between all of the units of the Office of Global Engagement, including NC State's European Center in Prague, Czech Republic.
