Within two months of employment, I began working on IEX a workforce management system. I was one person of two that constructed, modified, maintained and input the data and built the system now used by CMD/B2C, along with IEX and associated services.

I am fortunate enough to work with large groups containing 10,000 plus employees to the smaller groups contain as little as 50 employees. Setting up the ACA case including job classes, pay history, and look back reporting. Working with both the client and the broker to ensure the case is not only setup correctly, but life events are tracked properly and everything is sent to the IRS to meet the deadlines. The ACA Concept is daunting and difficult, however having someone dedicated and a system that has an entire solution built it, we bring simplicity to something so complex.
