  After the release, it have done some activities to improve performance:- Change the components architecture to use vanilla feature rather than the AngularJS features;- Implemented an architecture of state control inside the componente (somenthing like Redux);- Implementa automatized tests (unit, integrated and blackbox tests);- I have presented some trainings to the development team (who that uses the framework);- Member of the team that do code review.Then, I was moved to focus to do architecture definition of new components to this framework:- Understanding the requirements with development and design teams;- Defining the architecture and presenting it the architect who will execute it;- Do the follow up of the projects, doing pair programming with them and code reviews;- Follow up with the development team (who will use the components). Exibir menos The system uses a proprietary framework, created by Philips, I work as part of the team, defining and developing components to this framework. The framework is composed by components with backend in Java and frontend was in GWT.Activities as part of the team:- Understand the requirements with the development team (who will use it);- Define and develop the architecture;- Member responsible for the training to the other teams that use the framework;- Scrum Master of the team to the agile processes and point of contact of another teams.The framework was rebuilt on AngularJS. I was the responsible to develop an engine for build the the workflows and screens on the platform. This component was responsible for control the lifecycle of the other components, avoiding memory leaks and doing performance control during the process of creating and discarding components.
