  Providing CSV guidance and support to projects and/or base business support teams in the resolution of validation documentation corrections and test defects. Performing review/approval of validation test scripts including test defects review/approval of validation documentation deliverables but not limited to Validation Plans,User Requirements,System Tests,User Acceptance Tests,Traceability Matrix,and the Validation Report including final release and approval for production use. Perform CSV review and approval of computer system change controls including final release approval for production use. Discussions with stakeholders to assess develop and implement solutions to meet their business need. Utilizing knowledge of the assigned business functions to identify business needs and develop value-added solutions. Ensures a high degree of Inspection Readiness for Systems in CSV portfolio with the purpose of minimizing the risk of inspection observations to IT systems/infrastructure within CSV. Participating in audits,approves audit non-conformity action plans and approves closure of internal audit findings. Assisting with training orientation of personnel as they engage in documentation creation/revision processes; provides guidance/training to user departments in proper and efficient use of the document management and change systems/processes. Developing, Managing, and Ensuring efficient use of templates for all documentation types within the IT department. Assisting and Ensuring the written procedures/work instructions are appropriate and in compliance with external regulations as well as internal policies and procedures; exercises judgement in evaluating compliance of documentation associated with quality systems, processes, and procedures. Appropriate escalations on any potential or perceived compliance issues. Generating the Change Order Metrics to whole CSV group by differentiating multiple status of CO’s to review, approve, backlogs and historical. Show less
