  In my capacity as a Researcher for a climate finance project focused on wetlands in Latin America, I researched the application of Systems Thinking methodologies. This involved training fellow team members(interns) in the intricacies of Systems Thinking for the analysis and research of various climate funds, emphasizing their relevance and applicability to our project.Furthermore, I assisted the integration of regenerative models into the project framework, aligning our initiatives with sustainability principles. This strategic approach aimed to optimize ecological restoration efforts within the wetlands, ensuring a holistic and enduring impact.In addition to strategic planning, I actively contributed to the formulation of a sustainability strategy, leveraging my expertise to align project goals with long-term environmental and community resilience. Facilitating workshops and engaging in stakeholder meetings, I fostered collaborative dialogue to garner support and understanding for our project objectives.Overall, my role as a consultant or a researcher involved a multifaceted approach, encompassing Systems Thinking, regenerative models, sustainability strategy formulation, and effective stakeholder engagement for the successful implementation of a climate finance project focused on wetlands in Latin America. Show less During my internship, I undertook a comprehensive exploration of circular economy principles, regenerative business models, and systems thinking within the context of climate finance. My primary focus was on understanding and applying these concepts to advance nature-based solutions for water security and regeneration.One key aspect of my internship involved delving into circular economy practices, investigating how businesses can adopt sustainable, closed-loop systems to minimize waste and maximize resource efficiency. I actively sought opportunities to learn about regenerative business models, aiming to understand how organizations can not only mitigate their environmental impact but contribute positively to ecosystems and communities. In parallel, I immersed myself in the intricacies of climate finance, particularly emphasizing systems thinking to analyze and enhance the effectiveness of financial mechanisms in addressing climate-related challenges. This involved studying various climate funds and their applications, to identify innovative ways to allocate resources for projects aimed at water security and regeneration.I engaged in projects and initiatives that applied ecological principles to address water-related challenges, contributing to the development of strategies that foster both environmental sustainability and resilience.Throughout this experience, I actively collaborated with professionals in the field, attending workshops, conferences, and networking events to expand my knowledge and build connections within the circular economy, regenerative business, and climate finance spheres.   Working as a SIFF- RySS ( Sustainable India Finance Facility- Rythu Sadhikara Samstha) Fellow, which is a year-long fellowship on Andhra Pradesh Community Managed Natural Farming (APCNF) project in helping to scale up Natural Farming (Regenerative agriculture) through contributions in research.Specifically, I am part of the Marketing, Certifications, and Value Chain Analysis Thematic Department at Rythu Sadhikara Samstha where I am assisting in scaling up Natural Farming in Andhra Pradesh, India through insights from independent research primarily focusing on blended finance for agriculture. Additionally, I am supporting in facilitating the project on Carbon Credit Certification (Economy of Love) and Auditing at Rythu Sadhikara Samstha and am supporting the marketing team at RySS in preparing training modules for the farmers.
