  Started at FedEx as a package handler in order to help support myself in school. I was able to progress and get a promotion by becoming a material handler which made me responsible for safely putting containers on/off our aircraft and make sure they were in the correct spot for weight and balance of the aircraft.

Performed stage checks to evaluate students to ensure they were ready to move onto the next stage of training and their checkride. Coordinated with each student to ensure their goal was met in a timely, safe and efficient manner to complete their rating on-time.

  Gained valuable experience safetly flying turbine powered aircraft for the first time flying state officials around Tennessee and doing aerial land surveying. Would fly a Cessna Caravan around the state and have to go on a certain precise routes that needed photo work for the state.

  Endeavor Air

  Aug 2016 - Mar 2020

  Volunteered to work on our pilot mentor program with Endeavor Air. Responsibilities included, mentoring our pilots by calling each mentee at least once a month and continue to mentor and answer questions each individual has as often as they require. This volunteer opportunity helped me continue to grow as a safety & customer service orientated pilot. Attended various career fairs/colleges to recruit prospective candidates interested in becoming a Pilot for Endeavor Air. Conducted in-person interviews and selection of candidates to ensure they have the proper knowledge and skills to fit into the Endeavor Air culture. Provided speeches for a wide variety of audiences on topics such as interview preparation, application tips and a day in the life of an Endeavor Air pilot while promoting the company in a positive and favorable image. Started Endeavor Air as a First Officer straight out of college. Quickly progressed and achieved roles outside of flying such as becoming a pilot recruiter and new hire mentor. After only two and half years with Endeavor I was able to secure a spot as a Captain and continued to safely operate flights till departing Endeavor in March 2020 to secure a new job as a First Officer at our mainline carrier, Delta Air Lines.
