All plants are equipped with Honeywell DCS and ESD systems. in addition to Advanced products like Alarm management, Plant Historian and APC- Deep involvement on Honeywell Life Cycle program (Assurance 360) that include upgrading of software and Hardware of installed Honeywell solutions. Assigned as a leader of multiple scopes in this program.- Deep involvement in Cyber Security program to enhance both security and integrity of control systems assets that includes system hardening, installing monitoring tools and developing Cyber Security policies and procedures.- Support plants operation requirements such as logic explanation, troubleshooting, investigation of plants upsets implementing new changes or alarm limits.- Member of (Management of Change) MOC committee to study any change requirement, Risk Assessment, HAZOP, JSA (Job Safety Analysis).- Improve plant control and optimization by studying PID controllers loops performances, errors and standard deviations and do fine tuning.
