      Implemented a new records management system for the Township of Warwick using the Ontario Municipal Records Management System. Through collaboration with other employees and consistent independent work, I was able to completely overhaul the existing system to create a more streamlined, easily accessible records management system that greatly increased staff efficiency in accessing records. I also assisted in the development of the by-law governing the new system, and co-led the development of the coding system and employee training program for the new system. Show less
