      I served as a student technician at the ITS Help Desk resolving technology and website issues for students and staff/faculty. I worked directly with our customers over the phone as well as in person. My main responsibilities included, but were not limited to: Answering phone calls and diagnosing problems, providing solutions if possible over the phone, creating tickets for various computer issues, and deploying new technology for University staff. I also aided in the training of newly hired student workers at the Help Desk and out in the field completing ticket requests.
