Seasoned Learning & Organisation Development professional with over 2 decades of experience across Industries like Telecom, Software, Manufacturing and HR Consulting. I have worked extensively in the areas of Learning and Organisation Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Change Management, Employee Engagement and Employee Recognition. As a L& OD lead, have been part of various HR transformation journeys in organizations that I served. This entailed developing new systems and methods of managing, developing and retaining talent in accordance with the business and strategic focus of the firm. I am a certified coach by Erickson Coaching International (ICF). For a short period of 3 years, I worked as an Independent HR consultant for across spectrum of industries and across levels.
