It is a non-profit programme set up from within the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (FEWEB) of the VU University in Amsterdam, The Netherlands (www.feweb.vu.nl/virac)For VIRAC I completed ac consultancy project for a Dutch non-governmental organization in Haiti. This research was obtained by self-initiated acquisition.
