  My Responsibilities are to maintain key pieces of equipment to a high standard to maintain a safe working environment to shop floor employees & Fellow maintenance colleagues, I am also responsible in my Team Leader role to encourage safe working practise with my maintenance team. In my Team Leader role I am responsible in implementing our Total preventative maintenance program & Designating breakdowns to the correct maintenance personal.I am also responsible for the health and safety of my maintenance colleagues & to make sure they have the correct safety equipment.I am also responsible for communicating between shifts to make sure all information is cascaded down to our management & the opposite shift on our maintenance team.
