      my responsibilities as an out door field supervisor included leading, planned, and accomplished outdoor trips (Backpacking, rafting, skiing) with inexperienced students.As a raft guide my responsibilities included safely taking students down class three rivers.

Responsible for the training, discipline, safety, career progression, welfare, and morale of 75 Soldiers and their families. Responsible for the manning, readiness, maintenance, and accountability of battery equipment valued in excess of $34,000,000. Responsible for the command and control of 12 Avengers, one sentinel radar, and two control nodes to interdict enemy fixed-wing, rotary-wing, and counter unmanned aerial systems from conducting surveillance and aerial attacks on defended assets. Responsible for leading, readiness, training, discipline, morale, health, welfare, and professional development of 30 Officers, Noncommissioned Officers, Soldiers, and their Families. Responsible for managing the readiness, maintenance, and accountability of the sections equipment consisting of 10 pieces of rolling stock valued more than $200,000,000. Serves as a Tactical Director (TD), exercising direct control and supervision of 4 Patriot firing batteries, synchronizing tactical operations. Advises the Battalion Commander of the training needs of the Battalion, and prepares and supervises training to support those needs. Creates and climate of dignity and respect. Responsible for the training, logistics, and administration of an Avenger Battery tasked with the dynamic mission of providing Short Range Air Defense (SHORAD) to the 2nd Infantry Division and Counter-Unmanned Aerial System (C-UAS). Facilitates operations across three locations on the Korean peninsula for over 190 Soldiers, Noncommissioned Officers, and Officers and a maintenance program for over 83 Air Defense and conventional systems totaling over $74 million.
