  2020- Difficult times are also times for opportunities. While working from home at our day-to-day jobs, we had the idea of starting a Drive-in Cinema in the area we were at. From having the idea to finding space, organizing it, talking to public organizations for the selection process, researching sponsors for funding, creating the right offer and marketing to attract the clients and finally give them an incredible user experience. 2021- This year was the year of success, of bringing light into this new idea and it becoming a real business. Throughout the offseason We put a lot of effort into the changes we had to make: in-situ experience (we added foodtrucks, we changed a little bit the ambienc), partnerships upgrade (better deals with providers), movie selection (more experience, better selection), etc. With all of this, our numbers increased and we were even able to hire a small team to work in the day-to-day more manual actions.https://cinemabrava.com/ Show less

  The IMAX Building was granted a 2+1 year permit to use the facilities. The activities that will occur in this building will be a museum, a merchandising store, a 250p capacity bar and a high-class restaurant. The group was created to manage the official restaurant of the America's Cup and other side projects related to the competition such as events, team caterings and others.I was hired as General Manager to push the team towards making this huge experience a reality in just 6 months. I'm leading the sponsors negotiations and creating the documentation and presenting the project to collect funds from different public/private entities. I'm also coordinating all the efforts and using my project management knowledge and agile methodologies to make the team work efficiently. During this years I'll also be acting as financial controller making sure that we don't overspend but that we accomplish the quality that we aim for in all the aspects of the company. Last but not least, witht he help of the operations director I'm organizing the end to end functions and needs of the restaurant. My main responsibilities will be:- Managing actions end to end from suppliers and vendors to marketing, digital and branding of this new company.- Trying to leverage as much profit as we can from this two-year experience where we will be serving food to 3000 people per day plus many events related to the competition (caterings, inauguration, closure, etc).- Organizing corporate events with sponsors of the America's Cup, relevant companies from the country and public entities and personalities.- Look for any opportunities that will be opening before and during the competition where the group could leverage some activity and profits.- Starting to prepare documentation with the goal of, at the end of this permit, relocate or sell the business.   Manager dentro del nuevo departamento de Tech Avisory dentro de la rama de Intelligent Automation. Actuando como gestor de proyectos desde la parte de planificación estratégica y económica hasta la parte de implementación. Actualmente destinado a un proyecto en Mexico con la mayor empresa de gestión de Afores del país. Responsable de toda el área de desarrollo con Low-Code y BPM especialmente con la tecnología Appian y Service NowPreviamente trabajando en Sector Público en proyectos de análisis estratégico e implantación de herramientas de Low-Code como Microsoft Power Platform, Appian, Outsystems y ServiceNow, con todas las sub-herramientas disponibles. Los distintos de proyectos que he gestionado actuan alrededor de las siguientes partes:- Modelo de Gobierno: la expansión de la capacidad de desarrollo mediante el low-code genera muchas oportunidades y estan oportunidades generan huecos, como es el gobierno de la herramienta en la organización: Ciclo de Vida de las aplicaciones, Modelo Organizacional, Modelo de Monitorización y Estrategia de Adopción.- Modernización de Aplicaciones Legacy: extender la capacidad de desarrollo al Citizen permite generar nuevas oportunidades de optimización dentro de la empresa. He trabajado en múltiples casos donde en poco tiempo y siempre mediante el Low-Code se han modernizado aplicaciones pesadas y lentas.- Digitalización de procesos: al igual que con las aplicaciones, hay mucha posibilidad de mejora de procesos a la hora de automatizar estos. La rama del low-code, concretamente con Power Automate o con Appian, permite facilmente generar una cadena de pasos automatizados que facilitan el trabajo de muchos.- Auditoría Técnica: análisis y propuestas una vez el cliente tiene alguna automatización o modernización en su ecosistema. Análisis de riesgo y propuesta de soluciones de control y monitorización.Finalmente trabajando también en iniciativas internas y continuando mi formación e involucración en Inteligencia Artificial.
