      Combat Systems Weapons Division Supervisor 2012 to 2013 • Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of the NATO Sea Sparrow Missile System. • Responsible for the training of 14 junior technicians and supervision of over 900 maintenance requirements.• Ensured 98% system readiness, correcting over 26 faults including multiple receiver front end casualties and high voltage transmitter faults.• Assisted in the successful engagement of two drone targets during missile firing evolution, successfully completed four live firing exercises with two 20mm CIWS mounts and RAM missiles system.• Divisional Training Officer for 30 personnel, responsible for developing multiple training presentations and teaching groups of people different training topics. Training held for 22 Fire Controlman on ordnance handling and safety regulations for everyday shipboard operations.• Assisted in several gun and drum tear-downs for three 20mm CIWS mounts with over 15 successful live firing events, conducted five live ordnance handling loading and unloading evolutions with RIM-7P NSSMS missile, RIM-116 RAM missile, and 20mm CIWS ammunition.
