Prohibiting the personnel who have not previously provided such documentation to participate in the jobs.• Report the activities that have been carried out in the formats provided by HSE Manager at KOCTAS.• Send on a daily,weekly,monthly basis and in digital format all of the Supervising results, including; a small descriptive memory of the situation and evaluation of the various manners in which the contracts work, the site visit reports, the meetings minutes, new risks communication reports, and any other document the HSE Manager considers appropriate.• Prepare work petmits. ( Seaming,Height Working etc. )• Check all work equipments (Helmets, shoes, safety glasses, welders, grinders, forklifts, manlifts, elevators etc.)• Stop the work if it is unsafe.• Perform the inspections of unsafe condition and acts.
