  Here the goal and emphasis of the Boston Police School Unit is Violence Intervention, and Prevention. I along with my partner, coordinate with school administrators, staff, and Boston Police to address any concerns pertaining to violence among student/youth. I am responsible for several schools ranging from Elementary to High School, including private, charter, and public schools. This also affords me the opportunity to work directly with youth, develop relationships with them, mentor them, and help steer them away from a life of violence. In this position I also get to form and run young men's group, where we introduce them to ideas on how to resolve conflict, recognize and achieve their potential, and common etiquette skills that young men should possess.
