Providing innovative support to at risk and disengaged young people, Youth Futures WA sees significant outcomes across outreach, mentoring, and accommodation needs. I spent time working with the team in the emergency accommodation TINOCA House. The TINOCA House provides crisis accommodation for young people aged 15-19 years. Key responsibilities while working in the House included the daily running of the House, client support, maintenance of case notes, ,mentoring, and coaching young people in independent living. This included writing the Digital Identity Exchange Platform Operational Model; Chairing the State-Wide review of the Digital Service Policy Framework; co-ordinating the National API Design Standards Working Group program of works; and representing WA on the Digital Identity Cross-Jurisdictional Working Group I was sought out by the Department of Premier and Cabinet of WA to write the Digital Inclusion in WA: What We Heard report, pulling together insights from over 75,000 engagements. My report is publicly available and continues to inform strategic priorities for the State.
