  Defence Information Infrastructure Convergence First Line Technical Support Technician

  Supporting the Ministry of Defence networks, I was responsible for taking calls from members of staff with a variety of issues from how to produce a mail merge document through to failure of the network. My team also co-ordinated the transfer of users from the Convergence network onto the DII Future system, with a view to eventually phasing the Convergence project out entirely. I regrettably resigned from my position due to personal issues preventing me from commuting this distance on a regular basis. Show less
