      -Carrying out Preventive and Corrective maintenance on equipment. -Carrying out equipment overhauls according to precision maintenance procedures including API610 pumps, gearboxes, 120 MW MAN Turbines and auxillaries, Boilers and associated valves.-Conveyor belt joining using Hot and Cold splicing. -Shaft alignment of plant equipment using laser and dial guage. -Conveyor belt tracking. -Condition monitoring of plant equipment to ensure increased plant availability. -Read, interpret and maintain all equipment and pump technical data and drawings.-Demonstrated ability in the use of hand and workshop tools including measuring tools such as inside and outside micrometers, telescopic gauges, height gauges and feeler gauges. -Attend test runs of plant equipment such as boiler feed pumps and cooling water pumps and testing fire and safety devices on conveyor systems. -Adhere to the company's health and safety protocols. -Mentoring and training apprentices.
