I also managed projects through the shop and managed our Mold and Die shop including all outside mold and Die shops on new projects with all communications between them. I have also work with CTS's lead product designers to achieve the best possible parts for all of CTS's part assemblies.

Along with that i also quote for the blanchard grinding department, centerless grinding machine and manage all production molds in need of repair from Indiana Plastics.
