Throughout my journey I was fortunate to work with many of the COE's on various projects. In one project I worked with the Talent Acquisition team to create a Hiring Manager Playbook that described best practices for hiring and retaining talent. In creating the playbook, I was able to facilitate five online trainings for Hiring Managers. I was also involved in many job offers which included running compensation analysis, checking internal equity and producing appropriate salaries for potential employees. In my role, I also teamed up with the Learning and Development team to identify needs for supervisor training, by meeting with various HR Partners, Recruiters and Managers to ensure best practices were included in the training. Overall, my experience was very rewarding as I found my passion for HR and the different COE functions. Show less
